What does "100% done for you" actually mean?
It means you don't write letters, make calls or chase the bureaus. Once you enroll, our specialists audit your credit reports, prepare and send your disputes to the credit bureaus and creditors, and keep following up every cycle. Your part is enrolling and sending us a copy of any letter a credit bureau mails you.
How long does credit repair take?
Every credit file is different. Timing depends on how many negative items you have and how quickly the bureaus and creditors respond. Bureaus typically respond to a dispute within 30 to 45 days. We review your file and send new disputes every cycle, and most of the wait is the bureaus' response time.
How much will my score go up?
Many members have seen increases of 100 points or more, but results vary from person to person. Your score also depends on things like how much revolving debt you carry, your credit mix, your length of history and recent inquiries. Keeping your current accounts in good standing makes a big difference.

All three: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. We also work directly with creditors on items like collections and late payments.
How do I check my progress?
Log in to your member portal anytime to see your status, the items that have been removed and your updated scores. Credit monitoring alerts you in real time when something changes.

Can you remove accurate negative items?
No one can legally remove accurate, timely and verifiable information. We dispute items that are inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or can't be verified, and the law requires the bureaus to correct or remove those.
