Who provides the services

Start Fresh Credit Repair is an independent affiliate of United Wealth Education (UWE). Credit restoration and the other Protection Plan benefits described on the Site are provided by United Credit Education Services (UCES), UWE and their partners. When you enroll, you enter into a separate agreement with them, and their terms, cancellation rights and disclosures govern your membership. Pricing, features and benefits described on the Site are set by the provider and may change.

No guarantee of results

Every credit file is different. We do not guarantee any particular result, credit score increase, or the removal of any item, or any timeline. No one can legally remove accurate, timely and verifiable information from a credit report. Testimonials on the Site are from Protection Plan members and reflect their individual experiences; your results may differ.

Your rights under federal law

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost. Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel a contract with a credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days of signing it.
